Field Layer
Flow, DO, pH, level, MLSS and energy instruments wired to a Siemens S7-1200 or Allen-Bradley PLC with a colour HMI. Everything the plant needs to run automatically, whether or not the internet is up.

Communication Layer
Modbus TCP/IP and OPC UA on site; 4G cellular or WiFi to the cloud over MQTT. Store-and-forward buffering means no data is lost during an outage.

Cloud Layer
Time-series storage of every process tag, 30 days on Smart and a full year on Smart+, with REST API access and export for consultants and pollution control board submissions.
